What is a great PC RPG game that is relatively open ended?

Im looking into getting a good PC RPG game. I have Morrowind GOTY but that gets very repetitive towards the end. Im looking into Fable but they say that only has about a 12 hour story mode. I also cant have anything to taxing on my computer. Oblivion and Two Worlds are even to much. So yeah. I need to know of a good open ended RPG or a good story based game with an extremely long story.

Fable is great. It can be short if you stick to the main quest adn do nothing else. But there is so much to do besides the main storyline that you can be entertained for much longer.

My brother tends to finish the storyline as fast as he can. He beat the game in four days, but he still played it for another couple months. It took me three weeks to beat it because I did all the sidequests as I went through, but afterwards, I kept playing to finish leveling up my character and to own towns and get married. The one bad thing is that after a certain point near the end, you can beat all opposition easily. The last battle is difficult, it took me four tries, but then after youve beat the game, the things you fight generally increase in number but not stregnth.

Oblivion is a great game, but not as entertaining as fable. it seems like more of what your looking for. it takes much longer to play and is a lot of fun. its too bad it wont run.

I dont know if you thought of diablo. I played it all the time until i got fable, but its not nearly as good as fable. still a lot of fun tho

What is a good rpg game for pc that has good storyline?

I want a good RPG game a lot like Dragon age.
I want a good storyline with good characters.
I was thinking mass effect.
My xbox was taken off me and I want to get a game or two for my pc.

I have a uptodate pc. Only got it in october and it has an amazing processor, ram and graphics card.

I haven't played all rpg games but I have played quite a few and I never played one that didn't give some stupid message about how religion is bad and how people blindly follow and that's how all the trouble in the world starts. Blah blah blah!
IS their any rpg game for any console that never mentions religion in any way to move the story along?
